Understanding the organization’s detailed report
- Navigate to Analytics by clicking on the horizontal ellipses, which are located on the top left corner of the screen.
Note: On navigating to Analytics, users will land on the Analytics home page which is the Analytics Dashboard.
- From the Analytics Dashboard, select the Org. Report tab and navigate to Org. Detailed Report.
- In the Org. Detailed Report tab, you can view the organization’s detailed report which shows organizations (and details of those organizations) that are using the selected courses.
Note: The Report will be displayed, sorted in descending order w.r.t highest number of students in Students column
- The data on the report will be, as follows:
- Org – organization name
- Course Count – from the courses selected in course dropdown under filters, the total number of courses which are being used by the organization will be listed.
- Student Count – it will be the total number of students in the organization who are using that course.
- Avg View Count per Day – average is calculated as “Sum of Number of Views for Selected Courses per Day in Organization over Date Range / Number of Days in Date Range”
- Avg View Count per day Per Student – Average is calculated as “Average View Count per Day / Student Count”
- Enrolment Count – number of days between “1st access date” and “last access date” (both days included) if a student in the organization has accessed a course in the date range specified.
Note: To hide/unhide the filters, click on the Filters button on the top right.
