Understanding the Course Access Report
- Navigate to Analytics by clicking on the horizontal ellipses, which are located on the top left corner of the screen.
Note: On navigating to Analytics users will land on the Analytics home page which is the Analytics Dashboard.
- From the Analytics Dashboard, select the Course Report tab and navigate to Course Access Report.
- On the Course Access Report tab, you will find the Course Access Report which shows the list of courses and their details which are being used in selected Orgs.
- The data on the report will be, as follows:
- Course – list of courses used in selected organizations. On clicking a course from the list, will bring up course TOC to check which nodes have been accessed in the course. Further, clicking on the content screen will display the access report of the objects in the content screen.
- Org Count – count of organizations from the selected organizations which are using the course.
- Student Count – count of students in the organizations(listed in Org Count) who all are using the course.
- Avg View Count per day – Average calculated as “Sum of Number of Views per Day for this Course by Students in the Organizations over the specified Date Range/ Number of Days in date range”.
- Avg View Count per day per student – Average calculated as “Average View Count per day / Student Count”.
Note: To hide/unhide the filters, click the Filters button on the top right.
