How to View the Course Access Report
- Navigate to Analytics by clicking on the horizontal ellipses on the top left corner of the screen.
Note: On navigating to Analytics, users will land on the Analytics home page which is the Analytics Dashboard.
- On the Analytics Dashboard, select the Course Report tab and navigate to Course Access Report.
- On the Course Access Report tab, you will find the Course Access Report preloaded into view with the default filters.
- The filters available are as follows:
- Organizations – dropdown to select one or more organizations. By default all the organizations are selected
- Select All – to select all the organizations available
- Clear All – to clear all the organizations selected
- Year – dropdown to select a year. By default the current year is selected.
- From and To – to specify a start date and end date of the range. By default, the date range will be from 1st January of the current year to the current date.
- Organizations – dropdown to select one or more organizations. By default all the organizations are selected
Note: If any year is selected other than the current year, then the From date changes to 1st January of the selected year and the To date changes to 31st December of the selected year.
- Click Apply to regenerate the Course Access Report as per the filters selected.
- Click Download to save the report to your local system in .csv format.
- In the Course Access Report, you can select the courses from the list to bring up course TOC, to check which nodes have been accessed in the course.
Note: To hide/unhide the filters, click the Filters button on the top right.
