Understanding the Organization’s Report
- Navigate to Analytics by clicking on the horizontal ellipses,which are located on the top left corner of the screen.
Note: On navigating to Analytics, users will land on the Analytics home page which is the Analytics Dashboard.
- From the Analytics Dashboard, select the Org. Report tab.
- On the Org. Report tab, you can view the organization report which shows Organizations, and the total number of courses for each organization. It also shows the Average View Count per Course per Day in each organization.
Note: The Bar Graph will be displayed in descending order w.r.t Course Count. Organizations with the most number of courses displayed first and so on.
- The data on the Report will be, as follows:
- Organization – as many organizations are selected in the Org dropdown, those many bars will be present in the report- one bar for each organization.
- Course Count (left scale)- indicated by the height or length of the bar.
- Avg View Count per Course per day (right scale) – in each organization, represented by a dot on the bar for that organization.
Average calculated as “Total View Count across all courses in that Organization in One day / Total Courses in that Organization”.
- On hovering over the a bar or dot for an organization, you will get a pop up which will display the following data:
- Org name – name of the organization
- Course Count – total number of courses in that organization
- Student Count – total number of students in that organization
- LMS Count – total number of LMS used in that organization
- Avg View Count per Course per day
- To hide/unhide the count(bar) uncheck the Count button above the report.
- To hide/unhide the Average View Count per Course per Day (dot) uncheck the Avg View button above the report.
Note: To hide/unhide the filters click on the Filters button on the top right.
