How to View the LMS Report
- Navigate to Analytics by clicking on the horizontal ellipses on the top left corner of the screen.
Note: On navigating to Analytics, users will land on the Analytics home page which is the Analytics Dashboard.
- From the Analytics Dashboard, select the LMS Report tab.
- On the LMS Report tab, you can generate the LMS Report by applying the filters.
- The filters available are as follows:
- LMSs – dropdown to select one or more LMS. After LMS has been selected, the Organization dropdown will get enabled.
- Select All – to select all the LMS’s available
- Clear All – to clear all the LMS’s selected
- Organizations – dropdown to select one or more organizations from the list of organizations which are using the selected LMS’s.
- Courses – dropdown to select one or more courses from the list of courses that are being used in any one of the selected organizations as well as are being used in any one of the selected LMS’s.
- Year – dropdown to select a year. By default the current year is selected.
- From and To – to specify a start date and end date of the range. By default, the date range will be from 1st January of the current year to the current date.
- LMSs – dropdown to select one or more LMS. After LMS has been selected, the Organization dropdown will get enabled.
Note: If any year is selected other than the current year, then the From date changes to 1st January of the selected year and the To date changes to 31st December of the selected year.
- Click Apply to regenerate the LMS Report as per the filters selected.
- Click Download to save the report to your local system in .csv format.
- The LMS Report will display a list of LMS’s selected and details corresponding to the selected LMS.
Note: To hide/unhide the filters, click the Filters button on the top right.
