How to export a course from Blackboard Ultra LMS
Blackboard Learn with the Ultra experience provides easier and powerful teaching and learning experience. It improves student engagement and reduces educator workload with a modern, intuitive, and completely responsive design. It allows University/College faculties to author courses in Frost and distribute in Blackboard Ultra LMS (Frost—Blackboard Ultra Export). Alternatively, it also allows University/College faculties to bring an already authored content in Blackboard Ultra to Frost (Blackboard Ultra—Frost Import).
To export a course from Blackboard Ultra LMS:
- Login into Blackboard Ultra.
- Navigate to the Courses section on the left panel and select the course.
- Click the horizontal ellipsis icon from the top-right of the Content page.
- Select Export Course Package.
- Click the Export icon.
- Select No to exclude student activity data in the export.
Note: Exporting a course in Blackboard may take a few minutes, depending on its size. You will receive an email when the export is complete.
- Once the export is completed, the exported package will be displayed under the Export Package panel.
- Click the exported file name to download the package and click Save.
Note: On successful download, users can import the package in Frost Designer as an Online Course.
