How to deactivate (or activate) the user roles having no user association
- Navigate to the Admin platform by clicking on the horizontal ellipses at the top-left corner of the screen.
- From the Admin dashboard, select the Roles tab to navigate to the Roles page.
Note: Admins with requisite permission would be able to deactivate the user roles having no user association.
- To deactivate a role from the list of roles, toggle the switch next to any role from Active to Inactive.
Note: Once a role is inactive, the status is changed to inactive and vice-versa. Inactive roles will not be displayed in the Roles drop-down menu while creating Users.
- To activate a role from the list of roles, toggle the switch next to any role from Inactive to Active
