How to download user’s PII information stored in the system
Note: As per GDPR compliance of Right to Portability, user’s PII (Personally identifiable information) information i.e. First Name, Last Name, username and Email ID can be downloaded in a CSV format.
- Navigate to the Admin platform by clicking on the horizontal ellipses. The ellipses are on the top left corner of the screen.
- From the Admin dashboard, select the Users tab to navigate to the Users Details page.
- From the list of users, click the Download icon next to any user to download the user information.
Note: The download button is only available for the Tenant Admin and the users with an “Admin” role.
- On clicking the download icon, you will be able to select the location in your local system to save the CSV file.
- After choosing the location, click Save to download the selected file.
- The downloaded CSV file will consist of user information, including:
- User Name
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email ID
