How to Edit Resources and Records

From the Project Dashboard, click on the Project Navigation menu and select Project Resources.
- From the list of resources, click the edit button next to any resource to bring up the Edit Resource modal.
- On the Edit Resource screen, you can edit the Name of the resource.
- Click Confirm to update the changes.
- On successful update, a notification will be displayed on the screen.
- Click the View button under the actions column of the resource to bring up the Resource Records page which allows you to:
- Add Record – click the add record button on the top right to create a new resource record.

Edit Record – click the edit icon under the actions column of the record to edit the information that was added during creation.
- Label – the name of the record to be displayed for the resource

File – the associated file can be removed by clicking the Delete icon. After removing the file you can add a new file as:
- URL – this button allows to enter the URL of the reference file
- Add media from assets -this button allows you to choose the file from the project repository or the LOR. You can search or apply filters to find the required file. On selecting the file, click Add Selected to associate the file to the record.
- To update the changes, click the Check-mark button.
- To discard the changes, click the Cancel button.
- Drag and Reorder – the drag icon (grid of six little dots) allows you to drag the records and reorder them within the list.
Note: Users can navigate to the project dashboard or Project Resources screen by choosing the options available on the top right of the Resource Records page.
- To delete the resource, from the Project Resources screen:
- Click the delete button next to any resource.
- Select “Yes, Proceed” to confirm deletion or choose “Cancel” to stop the deletion.
- On successful deletion, a notification will be displayed on the screen.
