Exporting Canvas LTI as Native Pages

How to configure Canvas LTI Export for exporting content pages as native pages in Canvas

1. In the Project, users can export the Online Courses which are published.
2. Click Export.

Note: The Export button appears only when the Course has been successfully published to the LOR using the Publish button.

3. This displays a modal where you have to choose from the following Export Course Packages:
   • HTML
   • IMSCC 1.1
   • IMSCC 1.2
   • CANVAS EXPORT
   • BLACKBOARD ULTRA LTI
   • IMSCC 1.1 LTI
   • IMSCC 1.2 LTI
   • CANVAS LTI
   • D2L LTI
4. Select CANVAS LTI.
5. Select the checkbox "Canvas LTI Export as native pages"

Note: The Canvas LTI Export as native pages configuration will be available while exporting only if the option is enabled for the tenant from the Admin portal.

6. Click Export.
7. On successful export, you will get an email with the link to the exported package.
8. In the email, click the Download Now button or alternatively copy the given URL in the browser to download the file to the system.
9. The Export Log is available next to the Export button which displays details including:
   • Date & By – Published Date and User Name
   • Status – In Queue, Processing, Complete, Failed
   • Export Package - Type & Settings (If any)
   • Time Taken – Total time taken to complete the Publish process.

Note: On the Project Dashboard, the loader on the Export Log icon indicates that export is processing.
