How to replace existing objects in the LOR
- Navigate to the LO Repository.
- Click the horizontal ellipsis icon from the bottom-right of the object to edit.
- Select Edit to open the Edit Form.
- Alternatively, you can open the edit form by choosing the Edit icon from the object's Preview mode.
- Click Replace File to open up the system dialog box to replace the existing file.
Note: The replacement file should have the same extension as the file to be replaced.
- Click Open to upload the selected files to LOR
- On replacing the object, click the Update button.
- On updating the asset, you can Preview the object to view the updated changes.
Note: Any objects directly uploaded in LOR can be replaced. However, primary objects published to LOR from Designer (as part of the Online Course or Assessment respectively) cannot be replaced except Media, Documents, and Gadgets.
