How to generate Metadata Usage Report
- From the Frost dashboard, click the Metadata tab on the top menu of the screen.
Note: If you are working on a project page, you need to navigate back to the Frost landing page first.
- On the Metadata dashboard, navigate to the metadata usage count.
- For Taxonomy: the usage count is given next to the taxonomy
- For Tag: the usage count is shown under the count column of the Tag tab
- For Key Value: the usage count is shown under the count column of the Key Value tab
- Click the usage count, to view the Metadata Usage Dashboard which lists the details of the metadata usage.
- Click Usage Report at the top right corner of the Metadata Usage Dashboard.
- Further, you can choose between a complete usage report of the metadata or a report as per applied search and filter.
- Select either of the above options and click Request for Usage Report button
- A Usage Report email will be sent to your registered email address
- In the email, click the Download Now button or alternatively copy the given URL in the browser to download the CSV file to the system.
