How to Add New Referenced Objects in LOR

1. Navigate to the LO Repository.
2. Click the “+ New” button.
3. Select Referenced Object. This opens up a form to add a Referenced Object.
4. In the Add Form, you need to add details like:
   • Title – title of the referenced object
   • Asset URL – link of the files existing physically on other servers
   • Content Type – choose the type of the object
   • Details – details of the external link (non-mandatory)
   • Metadata – to associate KVP, Tag and Taxonomy
5. On adding the required details, click Add.
6. Alternatively, you can bulk upload reference objects using a CSV file.

Note: Based on the content type chosen, the corresponding thumbnail is generated.
