How to use a YouTube Video on a content page

1. In the Project, select the Content Node from the outline to open it in the editor.
2. Alternatively, users can also switch to Author mode and select the node.
3. The YouTube Video media can be inserted in the following ways:
   • Select and Insert
   • Drag and Drop
4. To select and insert, 
   • Position the cursor in the editor
   • Click the Media dropdown on the menu bar
   • Select YouTube Video
5. To drag and drop, 
   • Click Widgets and Patterns button on the left panel
   • Drag and drop the YouTube Video media
6. Click the File button on the media to embed a YouTube Video Link or to Pick from LOR Repository.
7. To embed a YouTube video link:
   • Enter the Title
   • Enter the YouTube Video Link
8. Click Apply
9. To choose a youtube video file from LOR Repository:
   • Click Pick from LOR Repository
   • Select a YouTube video file
   • Click Add Selected

Note: Users can search or apply filters to find the required file on the LO Repository.

10. To set the video dimensions and alignment , click Settings:
    • Choose dimensions:
      • Small (426 x 240 px)
      • Medium (640 x 360 px)
      • Fullwidth (100%)
      • Custom Size 
    • Alignment - to align the video as required. (Not applicable for full-width dimension)
      • Left (default)
      • Center
      • Right
    • Click Apply

Note: For Custom Size dimension, the Height & Width aspect ratio is locked to 16:9. Height is auto-populated based on width ratio.

11. Click Save on the editor.

Note: On navigating to Author or Preview mode from the top navigation, users will need to select a node to view its content.
