How to use the accessibility check feature in the content editor

1. From the Project Dashboard, click the Content Node to open it in the editor.

Note: The Accessibility Checker runs through the elements on the page and lists the errors

2. The Run Accessibility Checker icon is placed on the menu bar on the editor.
3. Click the Run Accessibility Checker icon to start the accessibility check.
4. The following accessibility checks are covered:
   • Alt text missing in Images
   • CC missing in Videos
   • Description missing in Audio
   • Color contrast
5. Once the accessibility check is completed, a pop is displayed.
6. Incase of no errors, a “Content is accessibility compliant” message is displayed.
7. Incase of errors, the checker assists users with suggestions to make the content accessibility complaint.
8. To fix the errors, follow the instructions and click Quick Fix.
9. On successful rectification, the “Content is accessibility compliant” message is displayed.
