How to Assign a Project to Users
- From the Project Dashboard, click on the Menu bar and select Project Users.
- The Manage Users page provides the ability to add users to the project, either one at a time or in bulk.
- Click Add User, and select the user from the list of users available in the system.
Note: The users already added to the project won’t be listed.
- You can also search for users by entering any term of the Username or Email ID in the search panel at the top left corner.
- Define the role of the user by choosing one of the roles available in the system.
- Click Confirm to add the user to the project with the associated roles.
- The added users will receive a notification email with a link to the project.
Note: The role selected while assigning users to the project reflects the access that is allowed within the project. Access permissions inside the project does not control the access outside the project and vice versa.
