How to Retrieve Password
Note: Once the password is changed, the user will be logged out of all logged-in instances and will need to log in with the new password.
- From the login screen, click Forgot your password?
- You will be redirected to the Forgot Password screen, where you will be prompted to enter the following:
- Email ID – Users registered email address.
- reCAPTCHA - Check the "I'm not a robot" checkbox
- Click Send me Password.
- An automated notification will be sent to the email address provided to reset the password.
- Click RESET YOUR PASSWORD.
- Create a new password consisting of the following:
- At least 8 characters
- 1 upper & 1 lower case letter
- 1 special character
- 1 numeric character
- No username or first & last name together
- Enter the new password, confirm it, and then check the "I'm not a robot" checkbox.
- Finally, click Create new Password.
- On successful creation of the new password, an email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
- To login into Frost, click LOGIN. Alternatively, the Frost URL provided in the confirmation email can be copied in the browser to land on the required Frost Login Page.
Note: Tenant Admins, i.e. Tenant users with the Admin role (TA) can set Passwords of the users on behalf of them.
