Phase I of the new Align Reporting Utility is provisioned on selective customer Tenants (Admin > Reports > Report Library) to address specific custom reporting requirements.
Specific reports can be downloaded dynamically from the application interface, regardless of Taxonomies being in Draft/Published state.
Reporting configuration to define exact data fields required on the report, format, etc., is managed with backend configuration.
Reports can be downloaded in Worksheet or Document format based on configuration.
The reporting template is a highly flexible JSON configuration, offering extensive customization capabilities.
In the next phase, the ability to download the report directly from the Reports section of each taxonomy will be introduced.
The feature is currently activated for specific tenants.
Ability to Copy/Paste Nodes in Projects:
While editing a Project, users can now Copy/Paste nodes with or without their children for quicker hierarchy building.
The 'Copy' option is introduced under the Project Configure menu during Edit (applicable to Complete mode only).
Each item in the hierarchy displays a visible Copy icon, allowing users to choose between copying the selected node alone or with its children.
After copying, Copy icons transform into Paste icons for all nodes, enabling users to position the copied node(s) under the selected parent.
Users can choose to insert 'Exact Match Of' associations with the source, preserve the same associations, or exclude custom metadata before pasting.
Pasted nodes become children under the selected parent, and users can engage in other activities while the paste process is ongoing.
Users are recommended not to make alterations to the source node(s) during the pasting process.
The existing limitation on the number of nodes per Project remains unchanged.
Application of Node Template in Projects:
Projects are now required to adhere to the rules and restrictions imposed on a Taxonomy through the application of a Node Template.
Node Templates, created using the builder, enforce specified constraints within project authoring to maintain the predefined structure and restrictions set by the Node Template.
