Configure LTI 1.3 Tool Provider using "LTIResourceLinkRequest" Message Type:
Users can now configure an LTI 1.3 tool provider with the message type 'LtiResourceLinkRequest' during registration, aligning with specific requirements for certain LTI tools like Yellowdig.
During LTI 1.3 Tool registration in Frost, users must choose either the 'LtiResourceLinkRequest' or 'LtiDeepLinkingRequest' message type.
The resource link request message claim type requires the resource ID, which is obligatory, unlike the deep linking request message type.
No changes have been made to other existing use cases related to configuration, node preview across all areas, as well as portability.
