New Export type configuration for Canvas LTI exports
Based on configuration done in Admin, a checkbox will be displayed when the user chooses Canvas LTI exports. If checked, in the Canvas LTI export, all the content pages will export as native Canvas pages ie. they will have their own Edit buttons from Canvas. However the content within it will be an LTI embed i.e the content authored in Frost. Users in LMS cannot edit this LTI embedded content, but they can append to the page using Canvas Editor. This LTI embedded content will be managed through Publish/Republish from Designer as any LTI page.
Duplicate Course enhancements
On Duplicate Course, users will be given two choices
- Retain Global Resources: The duplicate course will be the exact duplicate of the source course, with all the LOR references intact
- Convert to local resources: Any LOR references will be broken and the object / node will be made local to the duplicated project.
By default, users will be asked to choose one of the options. At a tenant level this can be configured such that on Duplicate always one of the options is considered by default. All resources will not get converted to local. If there are objects from external applications like QuAD, Vimeo, Kaltura , reference objects - these will be treated as exceptions and retain being LOR referenced. A duplicate log will be available for
users at the source course to show details of the Duplicate.
