How to delete user roles
- Navigate to the Admin platform by clicking on the horizontal ellipses at the top-left corner of the screen.
- From the Admin dashboard, select the Roles tab to navigate to the Roles page.
Note: Admins with requisite permission would be able to delete the user roles having no user association (Except the system role, e.g. System Admin, System User and Platform review).
- To delete a role from the list of roles, click the Delete icon next to any role.
Note: Once a role is deleted, it wouldn’t be displayed in the Roles drop-down menu while creating Users.
- Clicking the Delete icon brings up the confirmation popup with options:
- Ok
- Cancel
- Choosing Ok will delete the user Role and display a Success notification once the role is successfully deleted.
- Choosing Cancel will stop the deletion.
