How to Generate a Course Coverage Report
- From the Project Dashboard, click on the Project Navigation menu and select Course Coverage Report.
- Select a taxonomy to generate the course coverage report from the drop-down.
- Click Export. This will export the report in a CSV file.
- On successful report generation, a Course Coverage Report email will be sent to your registered email address.
- In the email, click on the Download Now button or alternatively copy the given URL in the browser to download the CSV file to the system.
- The Report will consist of the following:
- Hierarchy-wise classification of the course outline
- Node Type
- Taxonomy Association(s)
Note: If multiple Taxonomy node is associated with a TOC component (Folder, Content Screen, Assessment, Assignment, Forum, Resource, External Tool), the said Taxonomy Nodes will be distributed and mapped across multiple rows individually for the users to understand with ease.
