Enabling or Disabling Public Review for Tenants on Front-Facing Website
A registered user can now access the Public Review reports by logging into the application. They can enable or disable the public review for their tenant on the public facing website. If public review is enabled, users can view the Public Review tab on homepage. By default, the public review will be disabled for all the tenants.
Align Redirection to Help Center and Report Issue of Zendesk Platform
Registered users can log onto the Frost platform, and use Help Center to enable users to browse through articles. Registered users can also use Help Center to enable users to fill up fields, and tickets to be logged.
Configuring Metadata Pop-up for Public Review
Registered users can use the Public Review tab to create new public review by entering the name, and note/instruction. They can enter the duration here. The newly created public review appears on the public facing website.
Uniformity in Name and Email Address
The name and email sender address of the system notifications is now the same for Align, Designer, LOR, Admin, QuAD (for all the emails).<no-reply@frostplatform.com> is now the current email address.
Zendesk - Help Center Integration
Help Center is now upgraded with the Zendesk platform. The Help Center is visible under the user profile drop-down menu. Users can view the option to report an issue to Zendesk directly from this platform.
