How do you get to view ticker messages?
Note: Announcements are displayed on the login page and on the main tabs of all the Frost Products once the user is logged in. These Announcements are triggered by the Superadmin to notify users about Downtime, Release Notes, Release Updates, etc.
- Announcements are displayed on individual tabs on the Frost platform.
- Select Got it to dismiss the announcement. This removes it from all platforms/tenants the user is part of.
Note: Announcements will not be displayed for the user, inside platforms again, unless the Superadmin sets another announcement.
