How to Download Exported Packages of a Project
- Navigate to the Admin platform by clicking on the horizontal ellipses. The ellipses are on the top left corner of the screen.
- From the Admin dashboard, select the Resources tab to navigate to the Resources page.
- Click on the name of the resource whose exported packages you want to download.
- Clicking on the resource will open up a page that contains resource details, exported packages, and associated organizations.
- Under the Exported Packages section, all the packages that were exported out of FROST for this course will be displayed and can be downloaded. This section displays the following information:
- Format – format of course export from Authoring
- Exported Date – the date when the export was created
- File ID – system generated ID
- Actions – Download button to download the export package.
- Click the Download button alongside the exported package to download it.
Note: For non-LTI exports like HTML, IMSCC 1.1 and IMSCC 1.2 etc. entry will be generated per export. For LTI exports like IMSCC 1.1 LTI, IMSCC 1.2 LTI, etc. a single entry will be generated for each export. If a re-export is done, the existing entry will be overwritten.
- Alternatively, exported packages can also be downloaded from the designer
- Navigate to the project dashboard by selecting the project
- Click on the export log icon
- From the list of exports, select the desired exported package to download it.
