How to register
- A new user can be added by a previously assigned System Administrator using the “Users” section under the Admin module.
- Alternatively, users can also create their own Frost Account.
Note: Create Frost Account will only be displayed on the Login page if the user’s organization has enabled these configurations.
- An automated welcome email will be sent to the user for registration. The welcome email consists of the URL of the Frost instance and the Create Your Password button.
- Click the Create Your Password button.
- Create a new password that consists of the following elements:
- At least 8 characters
- 1 upper & 1 lower case letter
- 1 special character
- 1 numeric character
- No username or first & last name together
- Enter the new password, confirm it, and click the Create New Password button.
- On successful creation of the login password, an email will be sent to the user to login to the system.
