Ability to add LTI 1.3 tool manually
The users have been given the option to insert both LTI 1.1 and 1.3 External tools manually by adding the respective URLs lifting off the system’s limitation of identifying the URLs only as LTI 1.1 by default. Registration methods of the Tools in Admin would remain as earlier. Preview of the valid tools would remain as earlier.
Additional flexibility with Content Type filtration
Instead of just categorizing everything together under Content type itself, users can now narrow down the object filtration with the specific Content type such as the following:
- Course Package
- Forums
- Assessment
- Assignment
- Unidentified
This implementation aims to provide users with more flexibility and improve searchability for the types mentioned.
